Inside Sales Executive
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This individual should have the resilience to make phone calls, handle rejections, and persist. They should be outgoing, motivated to earn money, and driven to increase sales by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

- Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools to identify prospective clients needing transportation, warehousing, or fulfillment services.
- Qualify leads and develop them through the sales pipeline, collaborating with account managers and operations teams to close deals
- Understand and effectively communicate the company’s niche to high value high secure freight expertise
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or calls to present customized logistics solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity status in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs, including call volume, lead conversion, and revenue generation
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to better position our services
- Assist with quoting, proposal development, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred, or at least three years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain
- Must have hunter mentality with a winning professional attitude and a positive presence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
- Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
- Ability to learn and explain complex logistics solutions clearly and confidently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
